The emblem of Comerio is the church of S. Celso, in Romanesque style, edified from the Comacini teachers around about the XI-XII century and today known as national monument; really ancient is the church of SS. Ippolito and Cassiano, dated back to 1100, but renewed a few times; inside it is preserved an organ built in 1817 from Paolo Chiesa. The residential construction is really rich; standing out there are: the XVIII century Villa Tatti Tallocchini with a centuries-old park and rooms with painted wooden ceilings, Villa Sartorelli, built the the beginning of 1900 and Villa Crippa Berger, today City Hall.
