The Rocca Bella is fifteen minutes walk from the centre of Orino. It is a middle age building with walls and towers around the perimeter and a tank in the internal courtyard. The fortress was born on the perimeter of an ancient Roman Castrum; it has been transformed in a feudal castle from the French, used as permanent residence in the Reinnassaince and left decay in the Spanish period. The church of Saint Lorenzo, rebuilt in the XVII century on an existing construction, presents a Romanesque bell tower; inside it is preserved a painting, probably executed by the Fiamminghino, representing Saint Lorenzo.
