The Mustazzit

Ingredients: 400 grams of white meal, 150 grams of caster sugar, water, spices (nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon).

Preparation: mix the white meal, the sugar and ½ glass of water in an homogeneous mixture; roll out carefully the dough with a rolling pin; cut the dough in the shape of  long and narrow rhombus; bake it.
